Equipment Function:
The smoke heat detector test tunnel was designed for sensitivity test of Smoke or Heat alarms/detectors according to GB 20517、GB4715、EN 14604、EN 54-7 、EN54-5、BS 5446-2 and ISO standards. It consist of insulated test tunnel,aerosol generator, obscuration sensor, heat element, cooler, controller and computer. The obscuration meter was made of high quality imported part to ensure precision and stable reading. The Zontest Smoke Test Tunnel Software in English was designed by our software expert specifically to meet the standards test requirements.

- Dazzling test device: removable dazzling test device, software on/off automatic control.
- Constant smoke control function: the smoke tunnel is equipped with constant smoke control function, which can set the constant smoke concentration and automatically control the smoke to be kept within the range of + / – 0.003dB/m
- The temperature rise rate of smoke fire alarm test: 0.2 K /min, 1 K /min, 3 K /min, 5 K /min, 10 K /min, 20 K /min, 30 K /min and the error meets the standard requirements

- Software function: the equipment has the function of automatic operation detection. Start with one key, and the test process is automatically completed by the program. The process includes automatic wind speed switching, smoke rising control, temperature control, smoke sensing azimuth angle conversion, smoke exhaust, light interference process, test data display, test result storage, etc
- Data storage and output: it can automatically display the sensitivity value when recording alarm. Each test record includes threshold value, smoke rising rate, temperature, test directions, serial number and time. The record table can be exported to csv format. The concentration or temperature curve data can be stored, and the concentration or temperature value of each point can be stored according and exported to csv format.
